中西医链接治疗小儿肾病综合征生活质量评价

目的观察中西医链接治疗小儿肾病综合征(NS)的生活质量。方法随机将120例患儿分成治疗组与对照组,分别采用中西医和西医治疗方案。观察患儿疾病复发次数;感冒次数;身高增长;体重增长;饮食偏嗜;性格转化等情况。结果治疗组痊愈39例、显效11例、有效4例,总有效率90%;对照组痊愈33例、显效8例、有效3例,总有效率73.35%。治疗组与对照组比较P0.05,说明在疾病疗效方面,治疗组优于对照组,结果有显著性差异。结论中西医链接方案治疗NS可以提高患儿的生活质量。

Syndrome Quality of Life Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Treating Infantile Nephropathy Link

Objective to observe the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome（ link NS） quality of life. Methods 120 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,respectively treated by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and Western medicine scheme. The number of observations in the recurrence of the disease; the number of flu; height; weight gain; pica; character conversion etc. Results in the treatment group,39 cases were cured,effective in 11 cases,effective in 4 cases,the total efficiency of 90 %; control group 33 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,3 cases,the total efficiency of 73. 35 %. Comparison between the treatment group and the control group： P〈 0. 05,explained in disease treatment,the treatment group than the control group,there were significant differences in results. Conclusion traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of NS links can improve the quality of life in children.
