菖琥温胆汤治疗阵发性房颤痰火扰心型临床观察

目的通过观察菖琥温胆汤对阵发性房颤痰火扰心型的防治疗效,为防治阵发性房颤提供新的干预治疗方案,以期控制或减少阵发性房颤的发作,改善患者的生活质量。方法选择84例阵发性房颤痰火扰心型的住院患者,随机分为两组,即对照组与治疗组,对照组服用西药治疗,治疗组服用西药联合菖琥温胆汤治疗,平均住院治疗10 d,出院1月内每周定期复查心电图和或动态心电图,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、中医症状的改善情况以及治疗后房颤发作次数的变化和心率变化。结果治疗组在缓解患者症状方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;动态心电图改善情况相比,两组无显著性差异。结论菖琥温胆汤能显著改善阵发性房颤痰火扰心型患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量;降低患者服用抗心律失常药物带来的不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Changhu Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation with Phlegm Fire Disturbing Heart

Objective to observe curative effect from Changhu Wendan decoction for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation withphlegm fire disturbing heart, provide intervention therapy for the prevention of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, in order tocontrol or reduce episodes of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, improve the life quality of the patients. Methods 84 patientswith paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with phlegm fire disturbing heart, were randomly divided into two groups, control groupand treatment group, the control group use Western medicine therapy, treatment group take western medicine combinedwith Changhu Wendan Decoction on the treatment for 10d, periodic review and ECG or Halter discharge every week, Imonth before leaving hospital, to observe the clinical curative effect, patients in the two groups after treatment of Chinesemedicine to improve the symptoms and the changes after treatment, the number of atrial fibrillation and heart rate changes.Results the treatment group in the relief of symptoms was significantly better than the control group, the difference hadstatistical significance; dynamic electrocardiogram improvement compared to the situation, the two groups had no signifi-cant difference. Conclusion Changhu Wendan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients withparoxysmal atrial fibrillation and phlegm fire disturbing heart, and improve the quality of patients＇life; reduce the adversereaction from taking anti arrhythmic drugs.
