| 摘 要： | 目的采用变形链球菌诱导体外培养的人牙髓成纤维细胞,观察变形链球菌对人牙髓成纤维细胞中MMP-8影响,探讨MMP-8在牙髓炎症过程中的作用机制。方法采用组织块法体外培养人牙髓成纤维细胞,通过变形链球菌上清液诱导建立牙髓细胞损伤实验模型,利用RT-PCR方法检测经变球链球菌诱导人牙髓成纤维细胞中MMP-8的表达。结果经变形链球菌诱导后的人牙髓成纤维细胞中MMP-8的表达增强。结论变形链球菌能够促进人牙髓成纤维细胞中MMP-8的合成和分泌,从而导致牙髓中细胞外基质的降解,产生不可逆性牙髓损伤。
