浅析国内医院的商务智能应用需求

基于临床数据仓库的商务智能（BI）技术将极大地促进对海量临床数据的有效利用，帮助医院进行深度数据分析和决策支持，使医院管理更加高效，临床服务质量大幅提高。针对国内医院的BI系统需求，通过问卷调研和文献检索的方式进行汇总，发现了若干有代表性的应用需求，同时也从实际案例中总结出值得反思的问题，进而展开相关讨论。旨在总结、分析BI需求的要点和实现前提，为国内医院端的BI系统设计和建设提供借鉴。

Analysis on Business Intelligence Application Demand of Hospitals in China

Based on hospital Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence （BI） will extremely facilitate effective utilization of huge volume of clinical data with in-depth data analysis and evidence-based support on decision making for Chinese hospitals, furthermore, promoting hospital management and quality of service delivery. This article summarizes a series of major system requirements from domestic hospitals using a questionnaire survey and a literature review, and finds several problems from real cases, followed by discussions on chief points of BI requirements aiming to provide Chinese hospitals with references on designing and building a BI system.
