标本溶血对临床常规生化检验结果的影响及对策

目的探讨标本溶血对临床常规生化检验结果的影响以及预防措施。方法选择本院2011年3～6月在门诊进行体检的60例正常人作为研究对象,采用全自动生化分析仪进行检测其正常和溶血血清中的总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酸激酶(CK)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、钙(Ca)、无机磷(IP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量,数据采用配对资料秩和检验的统计方法分析。结果 TBIL、DBIL、TP、ALB、CK、GT、ALT、AST、ALP、ACP、α-HBDH、UA、GLU的值溶血前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TC、TG、IP的值溶血前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BUN、Cr、Ca的值前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标本溶血对很多临床生化检验结果有显著的影响,临床上应采取有效措施预防溶血的出现。
