| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双边外固定架治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折的方法及疗效。方法采用双边外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折35例。结果本组35例患者术后均获随访,平均随访4.5年(6个月～8年),骨折愈合良好,无切口感染发生,其中优16例,良15例,可3例,差1例,优良率为88.57%。结论双边外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折具有手术操作简便、创伤小,固定牢靠,愈合快的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the virtue and technique of bilateral external fixation in the treatment of the fracture of humerus shaft. Methods Thirty five patients with fracture of humerus shaft had been treated by bilateral external fixation. Results All the cases had been followed up for an average 4.5 years(6 months~8 years).
