基于WEB的电子病历质量管理系统设计与应用

由于电子病历质量管理目前处于开始阶段，对其复杂性认识不全，现有的电子病历系统本身缺乏配套规范，致使一些不恰当处理可能会带来安全隐患，通过电子病历质量与安全管理，电子病历的表面和内在缺陷明显降低，病历质量大幅度提高，大量减少医疗环节错误，从而提高医疗水平、减少医患纠纷。所以电子病历的质量和安全是电子病历建设的重要部分，本项目在已经建立电子病历基础上，在技术上基于web运行，使用j2EE（Java2 Platform Enterprise Edition）框架，研发电子病历质量标准化管理与控制的应用。

Design and Application of Quality Management System for Electronic Medical Record Based on WEB

Since the management of electronic medical record is at an initial stage, inappropriate actions will thus be caused along with safety risk due to non-standard electronic medical record system and unclear understanding about its complexity. The application of quality and safety management for electronic medical record can reduce external and internal defects of the electronic medical record, largely improve the quality of medical record, substantially diminish errors during medical treatment, thus to improve medical treatment level and diminish disputes between doctors and patients. Therefore, the quality and safety of electronic medical record plays an important role in the establishment of electronic medical record. This project is making use of the j2EE （Java2 Platform Enterprise Edition） frame to research and develop the use of standard management and control for the quality of electronic medical record based on current electronic medical record.
