葡萄糖6-磷酸异构酶在类风湿性关节炎诊断中的意义

目的探讨血清中葡萄糖6-磷酸异构酶（GPI）及类风湿因子（RF）等指标与类风湿性关节炎（RA）的关系。方法对39例类风湿性关节炎患者、52例其他自身免疫性疾病和32例健康对照者检测血清中GPI、RF、CRP及ESR水平,分析四者之间的关系及其与RA的关系。结果 RA组GPI、RF、CRP、ESR水平均明显高于非RA组和正常对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）,GPI与RF（r=0.576P〈0.05）、ESR（r=0.411P〈0.05）、CRP（r=0.422P〈0.05）具有明显的正相关。GPI与CRP、ESR的曲线下面积比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,GPI与RF联合检测的敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为89.7%[80.2%-99.3%]、72.6%[58.6%-86.6%]和78.1%[65.1%-91.0%]。GPI与RF联合检测的敏感性及准确性明显高于二者单独检测（P〈0.05）。结论 GPI与RF联合检测提高了RA诊断的敏感性及准确性。
