| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人羊膜上皮细胞体外向神经样细胞诱导分化的条件。方法碱性成纤维细胞生长因子预诱导剂（bFGF）,化学诱导剂全反式维甲酸（ATRA）、丁酸羟基茴香醚（BHA）作为诱导剂,并以不含诱导剂的无血清的MEM培养基作为对照,密切观察分化过程中细胞形态的变化,诱导至6 h、12 h、24 h时,利用免疫细胞化学方法检测神经元特异性标志物的表达情况。结果诱导分化12 h后的ATRA组大部分细胞呈现双极、多极和锥形的典型神经元细胞的形态,免疫细胞化学显示这些细胞表现为NSE染色阳性,而丁酸羟基茴香醚（BHA）组细胞形态没明显变化,两组都不表达神经胶质细胞标记物GFAP。结论 hAECs可以在体外诱导分化为神经元样细胞,全反式维甲（ATRA）诱导效果较丁酸羟基茴香醚（BHA）好。
