利用局域网论坛进行院务公开的新模式探讨

目的：探寻医院院务公开因公开内容多，形式多样等原因，解决公开结果保存困难、查找困难，接受上级部门检查时很多时候找不到公开的形式等问题。方法：西安市红十字会医院目前已经建立起基于局域网的PHP论坛，通过在局域网PHP论坛上按院务公开内容建立相应版块，对相关内容进行公开，同时要求涉及到的部门根据其公开内容进行维护更新。结果：对院务公开的每项内容都通过局域网进行了公开，增加了院务公开的方式，提高了院务公开的透明度、正确性及完整性。结论：解决了公开结果保存困难，查找困难、公开内容不全面等问题，患者及职工查看公开内容，也方了便各级部门对院务公开的检查，有效提高了医院院务公开的透明度、增加了具有特色的院务公开的形式。

Discussion on New Mode of Hospital Affairs Opening to Public by LAN Forum

Objective： to solve problems of hospital affairs opening to public, including difficult to store the opening result and lookup, and unable to find the opening forms when accepts the inspection made by the senior department, due to many opening contents and various forms. Methods： Xi＇ an Red Cross Hospital has founded PHP forum based on LAN, and reveals the relevant content to public by setting up the corresponding section in PHP forum according to the opening content, additionally, it requires the related departments to make maintenance and update in line with the opening content. Result： All opening hospital affairs are revealed by LAN; it increases the opening modes, and enhances the degree of openness, correctness, and integrity for hospital affairs. Conclusion： It solves problems that it is difficult to store the opening result, hard to lookup, and imperfect opening content, etc.; therefore, it is helpful for patients and staff to look over opening content, provides convenience to departments at all levels to inspect the hospital affair opening, which effectively improves the degree of openness of hospital affairs, and increases the distinctive opening modes.
