| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同护理干预条件下影响64排螺旋CT冠脉成像质量的因素.方法 138例行CT冠状动脉成像的患者,双盲法随机分为研究组72例和对照组66例,研究组检查前、中进行护理干预,包括心理干预、健康卫生宣教、屏气呼吸训练;对照组按常规操作进行.观测并记录两组患者检查时心理精神状态、心率控制时间、呼吸配合训练时间、扫描过程中不良反应的发生率及冠脉成像的质量.结果 研究组检查时焦虑与恐惧、服用药物的人数、心率控制时间及呼吸配合训练时间、检查中不良反应发生率、图像质量1~2级的比率及冠脉成像运动伪影的出现率均低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论 严格有效细致的护理干预是64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查成功的重要保障.
