180例肝切除术的经验与教训

作者自１９７３年１１月－１９９３年１２月共施行各种类型的肝切除术１８０例，包括肝中央部肿瘤的肝切除２４例，手术死亡４例（手术死亡率２．２％），复生合并症３９例（合并症发生率２１．６％），作者结合１８０例肝切除的经验与教训，对肝切除术的方法，包括麻醉、体位、切口、肝血流阻断、断肝方法及手术进行了讨论，并阐述了自己对改进肝切除术的见解。

Experiences with 180 Hapatic Resections

One hundred and eighty cases of hepatic resections of various operative types were performed, in which, 24 cases involvecl tho resection of central liver tumors. Four cases died within one month after operation (mortality rate 2.2% . Thirty-nine cases had Complications following the operation (complication rate 21.6%) . After gethering the experiences from this series of operation and the review of the relevarit literature,the following remarks were made with the aim to improve the officacy of this operation. The appropriate method of anesthesia, Positioning of the patient during operatio, the incision, occulusion of the hepatic vascular structures of the hilum and the technique of deividing the liver subsbance were discussed.
