剖宫产术后拔除尿管方法的改良研究

目的改良剖宫产术后放尿方法并研究其对患者的影响。方法选取150例剖宫产术后留置尿管的产妇随机分为实验组8 0例,对照组70例。分别观察两组患者拔除尿管后第1次排尿情况。结果采用改良方法拔除尿管的实验组首次排尿量多于采用传统方法的对照组（t=12.99,P〈0.01）,实验组首次自然排尿成功率98.7%,明显高于对照组的71.4%,其拔除尿管时间也明显早于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义;两组尿路感染发生率分别为实验组5%,对照组25.7%,差异具有统计学意义。结论剖宫产术后采用改良方法,早期定时开放尿管、于膀胱充盈且有输液余量时拔出尿管,对于改善产妇膀胱功能,促进术后恢复具有积极的临床意义。

A Study on improvement of catheter removal after cesarean section
