| 摘 要： | 目的报告并评价48例高血压脑出血患者采用YL-1型颅内血肿碎吸穿刺针的治疗效果。方法用含尿激酶,肝素的冰生理盐水冲击,液化颅内血肿并引流。结果48例全部碎吸成功。结论微创治疗高血压脑出血疗效好,能有效降低患者的死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To report and value clinical effects of 48 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by YL-1 type transfixion needle.Methods Lashing,liquefying hematoma with ice physiological saline mixed with heparin and urokinase.Results All cases were successful.Conclusion The minimally invasive surgical intervention is effective therapy which could decrease the rate of death and deformity. |
