摘    要:[目的]通过了解温州口岸蝇类携带肠道致病菌情况的研究,为媒介生物防制和传染病监测工作提供科学依据。[方法]2007年1—12月在温州机场、龙湾码头、七里港码头3个地方,选择生活区、食堂、垃圾场作为调查点。将各点捕获的蝇类分类、分组后,对蝇体表、体内携带的细菌进行定量培养和鉴定。[结果]蝇类体表、体内携带的细菌很多,但绝大部份为人体肠道正常菌和条件致病菌。其中(大肠埃希菌除外)以变形杆菌属和普罗威登菌属最为常见;其次为哈夫尼菌属和肠杆菌属等细菌;偶有检出沙雷菌属、摩根菌属、假单胞菌属、产碱杆菌属等的细菌。[结论]蝇类携带的细菌与其孳生环境密切相关,故搞好环境卫生是防止蝇类机械性传播疾病的关键。

Abstract:Objective To research the situation of enteric pathogenic bacteria carried by the different flies at Wenzhou Port, and to provide a scientific basis for control of the medical vectors and monitoring infectious diseases. Method From January to December 2007, flies were caught at Wenzhou airport. Longwan and Qili Wharf, in which, three points of the living areas, the canteens, the garbage dump were selected. All flies were classified and divided into different groups. Eventually, the surface and in vivo bacteria carried by the flies were cultured and identified. Result There are great amount of bacteria on the surface and in vivo, and the majority of these bacteria were the normal human intestinal bacteria and the opportunistic pathogens. Of which, the proteus and providencia (except the escherichiacoli) were common ones, followed by hafnia and enterobacter. Besides, salmonella, morganella, pseudomonas, alcaligenes etc were also occasionally detected. Conclusion The bacteria carried by the flies is closely related to their breeding environment. Hence, improving environmental sanitation is the key to prevent fly-spreading diseases.
