| 摘 要： | 目的:总结重型颅脑损伤救治经验.方法:按格拉斯哥(GCS)评分法 3～ 8分为重型颅脑损伤.回顾性分析我院 4年 来收治的 86例重型颅脑损伤,总结分析治疗方法及其治疗关系.结果: 86例重型颅脑损伤治愈及好转 68例(79%), 植物生存 2例(2.3%),死亡 16例(18.7%).结论:基层医院也应建立创伤急救通道,正确选择治疗方法及手术方 式,配以积极的综合治疗能明显改善患者预后.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the experience in the treatment of severe head injury. Methods According to Glasgow scale,severe head injury was defined as Glasgow scale points ranged from 3 to 8.We prospectively analyse the relationship between management and results of 86 cases with severe head injuries from April 2000 to April 2004. Results Among 86 cases with severe head injuries,healing and improved in 68(79%) cases,vegetative state in 2(2.3%) cases,death in 16(18.7%) cases. Conclusion The establishment of emergency access for head injury is necessary in basic hospitals in china.Correct choice of management and surgical intervention coupled with active combined therapy may improve the patient's results evidently. |
