| 摘 要： | 1985年8月研制成宫内节育器(IUD)刻度软探针Ⅲ型,放置IUD时,同时插入本探针作X线检查IUD的位置共1,000例。其中人流及经后置IUD组:未达宫底者透视法占11.75%(26/222),经骨盆侧位像检查占6.15%(28/456)。因症复查组:透视IUD下移占6.79%(11/162),侧位像发现IUD异位占6.88%(11/160),下移占19.37%(31/160),说明本探针对IUD定位法诊断可靠,方便、安全;阴道内固定牢靠,可步行去X线科检查。

| Abstract: | Soft silicone uterine probe with reading scales has been made from silicone since 1983.The 1,000 cases including 838 cases of check up group during insertion of IUD and follow up group due to medical reasons were examined and confirmed by tho probe and X-ray.In the check up group the IUD failed to be inserted to the uterine fundus m 11.75% cases (26/222) as detected by fluroscopy and 6.15% cases (28/456) as detected by radiograph of pelvis. In the follow up group downward IUD was found to be 6.71% (11/162) by fluroscopy and 19.37% cases (31/162) by radiograph of pelvis.Difference is significant (P<0.05).According to our practice, soft uterine probe is a simple, safe and avilable device for the determination of IUD position. |
