健脾生血颗粒对骨髓抑制性贫血模型小鼠的治疗作用

目的：探讨健脾生血颗粒对骨髓抑制性贫血模型小鼠的治疗效果。方法：采用Co⁶⁰照射及腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法，制备小鼠骨髓抑制性贫血模型。造模成功后，每组小鼠分别灌胃健脾生血颗粒、健脾生血浸膏、硫酸亚铁、生理盐水。3周后，考察外周血象（白细胞、红细胞）及白细胞介素-2水平。结果：治疗后，实验组小鼠WBC、RBC均高于对照组，同时健脾生血颗粒组小鼠白细胞介素-2水平明显高于其余各组。结论：健脾生血颗粒、健脾生血浸膏、硫酸亚铁均可改善小鼠骨髓抑制性贫血状况，健脾生血颗粒效果明显优于其余各组。

Therapeutic effects of Jianpi Shengxue Granules on mice with myelopathic anemia

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Jianpi Shengxue Granules on mice with myelopathic anemia.METHODS Animal models of mice with myelopathic anemia were made by injecting cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally. Mice in the control group were fed with deionized water. Other groups of mice were given Jianpi Shengxue Granules, ferrous sulfate and traditional Chinese medicine extract, respectively. RBC, WBC and interleukin-2 were measured 3 weeks later.RESULTS After treatment, RBC and WBC in three experimental groups were obviously higher than those in control group, IL-2 of rats fed with Jianpi Shengxue Granules was obviously higher than those in other groups.CONCLUSION Myelopathic anemia can be effectively treated by Jianpi Shengxue Granules.
