摘    要:目的:合成新型的功能性氧化石墨烯-β-环糊精/阿司匹林(GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA)复合物,并对其进行质量评价和抗凝血性研究。方法:利用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)和X-线衍射仪(XRD)对其形貌进行表征;对生成物的包封率、回收率以及精密度进行评价,以离心法测定GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA复合物的包封率;通过溶血试验和复钙试验评价其血液相容性。结果:GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA复合物的平均回收率(n=3)为(100.3±0.32)%,包封率(n=5)为(76.08±1.06)%,溶血率低于5%,符合生物医学材料的标准。结论:GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA复合物制备工艺可行,质量控制方法简便可靠,具有良好的血液相容性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To synthesize new type GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA compound, evaluate qualities and anticoagulant properties.METHODS Microstructure of graphene oxide was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Recovery, precision and entrapment efficiency of GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA compound were studied, and GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA compound entrapment efficiency was determined by centrifugation. Blood compatibility of GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA compound was evaluated by hemolysis test and plasma recalcification time test.RESULTS Average recovery (n=3) of GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA compound was (100.3±0.32)%, with an entrapment efficiency (n=5) of (76.08±1.06)%. Hemolysis rate of GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA compound passed relevant international standard.CONCLUSION Preparation technique of GO-DEX-β-CD/ASA compound is feasible, quality control method is convenient and reliable, and blood compatibility is good.
