上海市二、三级医院的医护人员对临床药学工作和临床药师认知情况的调查研究

目的:了解上海市二、三级医院的医护人员对临床药学工作和临床药师的认知情况,为进一步开展临床药学工作提供参考。方法:设计调查问卷,采用分类随机抽样法对上海市30所二、三级医院的医护人员进行实地问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果:医护人员已认识到临床药学工作的重要性(总体平均得分分别为3.61±0.86和3.48±0.61),对临床药师工作内容有一定了解(总体平均得分分别为3.32±0.67和3.29±0.67),并对医疗工作需要临床药师参与达成共识,但是他们普遍认为所在医院的临床药师不能完全胜任现在的工作,平均得分分别为(3.34±0.63)和(3.69±0.69)。结论:医疗机构应积极采取措施,努力提高临床药师的业务素质和服务水平,加强医护人员对临床药学工作和临床药师的认知,有效推动临床药学工作的深入开展和临床药师制实施。

Investigation on cognition of medical staffs from secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shanghai on clinical pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacists

OBJECTIVE To investigate cognition of medical staffs from secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shanghai on clinical pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacists, and to provide some references for further development of clinical pharmacy practice.METHODS Doctors and nurses from 30 hospitals in Shanghai were surveyed by questionnaires using classification sampling method, and results were analyzed statistically. RESULTS Clinicians and nurses had recognized the importance of clinical pharmacy practice, and the overall average scores were 3.61±0.86 and 3.48±0.61, respectively. They showed certain cognition on clinical pharmacists' work, and the overall average scores were 3.32±0.67 and 3.29±0.67, respectively. Most of them reached a consensus about the need for participation of clinical pharmacists in medical service. In addition, medical staffs generally believed that clinical pharmacists were incompletely competent to carry out their work, and the average scores were 3.34±0.63 and 3.69±0.69, respectively.CONCLUSION It is necessary and feasible to carry out some positive measures to improve clinical pharmacists' professional quality and service level, and to strengthen cognition of medical staff on clinical pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacists so as to effectively promote development of clinical pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacist system.
