2011-2013年长江流域上海等六城市样本医院神经系统用药比较分析

目的：了解长江流域上海等六市近年来神经系统用药情况及其变化趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：本文统计2011-2013年长江流域上海等六市263家样本医院中神经系统的用药金额，计算复合年均增长率（CAGR%），同时统计2013年金额排名前15位品种，并与2012年及2011年进行比较。结果：2011-2013年上海、杭州、南京、武汉、成都和重庆神经系统用药金额的复合年均增长率（CAGR%）分别为14.45%、17.80%、22.44%、23.34%、23.10%和24.18%，明显高于全部用药。用量较大的药物有神经节苷脂、奥拉西坦、丙泊酚及依达拉奉，增长较快的药物有地佐辛、奥氮平、曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物及右美托咪定。结论：神经系统药物在临床治疗中发挥着重要作用，但其中部分辅助用药使用金额较大，增长迅速，需引起重视加强监管。

Analysis of nervous system drugs in sample hospitals of six cities including Shanghai around Yangtze River Basin from 2011 to 2013

OBJECTIVE To understand usage and trend of nervous system drugs in sample hospitals of six cities including Shanghai around Yangtze River Basin to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS Used sum of nervous system drugs in 263 hospitals around Yangtze River Basin from 2011 to 2013, to calculate compound annual growth rate (CAGR%), collect top 15 drugs by sum in 2013, which were compared with those in 2011 and 2012.RESULTS CAGR% of nervous system drugs were 14.45%, 17.80%, 22.44%, 23.34%, 23.10% and 24.18% in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Chongqing, respectively.Ganglioside, oxiracetam, propofol and edaravone were widely used.Dezocine, olanzapine, troxerutin, cerebroprotein, hydrolysate and dexmedetomidine increased rapidly.CONCLUSION Nervous system drugs play important roles in clinical treatment.Attentions should be paid and supervision should be enhanced for adjuvant drugs of nervous system used widely and increased rapidly.
