摘    要:目的:建立同时测定老慢清糖浆中异嗪皮啶、迷迭香酸和柚皮苷含量的液相色谱测定法。方法:色谱柱为Waters SunFireTM C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(18:82)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:0~12 min为342 nm;12~18 min为284 nm; 18~35 min为342 nm。结果:嗪皮啶进样量在0.019~0.335 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998, n=6),平均回收率为99.57%,RSD为1.5%(n=9);迷迭香酸进样量在0.022~0.397 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为99.55%,RSD为1.3%(n=9)。柚皮苷进样量在0.085~1.531 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为99.19%,RSD为1.5%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、快捷、可靠,可更好地用于老慢清糖浆中异嗪皮啶、迷迭香酸和柚皮苷的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC wavelength switching method to simultaneously determine contents for isofraxidin, rosmarinic acid and naringin in Laomanqing syrups. METHODS Waters SunFireTM C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used. Mobile phase was acetonitrile-water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid (18:82) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1. Detection wavelength was 342 nm (0-12 min) for isofraxidin, 284 nm (12-18 min) for naringin and 342 nm (18-35 min) for rosmarinic acid. RESULTS Isofraxidin had a good linearity in the range of 0.019-0.335 μg, the average recovery was 99.57% with RSD of 1.5% (n=9). Rosmarinic acid had a good linearity in the range of 0.022-0.397 μg, the average recovery was 99.55% with RSD of 1.3% (n=9). Naringin had a good linearity in the range of 0.085-1.531 μg, and the average recovery was 99.19% with RSD of 1.5% (n=9). CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine contents of isofraxidin, rosmarinic acid and naringin simultaneously in Laomanqing syrups under the same chromatogram conditions.
