摘    要:目的: 研究鸡骨草提取物对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及对免疫器官的影响。方法: 建立小鼠H22实体瘤模型,并随机分成模型组、阳性对照组、提取物不同质量浓度组(0.30,0.45,0.60,0.75g·mL-1),连续灌胃8d后称体重,并处死取肿瘤块、胸腺、脾脏、肝组织称湿重,计算肿瘤生长抑制率、胸腺指数、脾指数和肝指数。结果: 与模型组相比较,鸡骨草醇提物对H22肝癌细胞有不同程度的抑制作用,其中醇提物浓度为0.75g·mL-1时,抑瘤率为53.84%,抑制作用有显著性差异(P<0.01),且对肝指数有明显的影响,但对小鼠胸腺及脾脏指数无明显影响。结论: 鸡骨草的醇提物对小鼠肝癌H22有一定的抗肿瘤作用,其在发挥抗肿瘤作用的同时,对免疫器官的影响也较小。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate tumor inhibitory effects and influence on immune organs of ethanol extract of Abrus Cantoniensis Hance.METHODS Mice with H22 transplanted tumor were randomly divided into model group, positive control group and extract groups of different dosages (0.30, 0.45, 0.60, 0.75 g·mL-1). Then mice were weighed after 8 days of continuous irrigation. Then mice were weighed and killed, tumor, thymus, spleen and liver tissues were weighed, tumor inhibition rate and indexes of thymus, spleen and liver tissues were calculated.RESULTS Four doses of ethanol extract of Abrus Cantoniensis Hance had varied inhibition to liver cancer H22. At a concentration of alcohol extract of 0.75 g·mL-1, inhibition rate reached 53.84%, significantly different compared with model group (P<0.01). Abrus Cantoniensis Hance had obvious effects on mouse liver index, but not on thymus and spleen indexes.CONCLUSION Ethanol extract of Abrus Cantoniensis Hance has certain anti-tumor effects on mouse liver cancer H22, and less influences on immune organs.
