| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描诊断股骨颈骨折的应用价值。 方法对102例股骨颈骨折患者的临床特点及多层螺旋CT表现进行回顾性总结分析。 结果股骨颈骨折头下型16例，经颈型24例，基底型62例；Garden Ⅰ型骨折18例，Garden Ⅱ型骨折59例，Garden Ⅲ型骨折19例，Garden IV型6例。3例股骨颈骨折继发缺血性坏死。 结论多层螺旋CT能全面、准确地诊断股骨颈骨折，对患者治疗方法选择、预后判断具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the MSCT value in diagnosing the fracture of femoral neck. MethodsThe MSCT and clinical features of 102 cases with fracture of femoral neck were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsSixteen cases were fracture of subcapital type, 24 cases were fracture of cervical type, 62 cases were fracture of basilar type. 18 cases were fracture of subcapital Garden Ⅰ, 59 cases were fracture of subcapital Garden Ⅱ, 19 cases were fracture of subcapital Garden Ⅲ, 6 cases were fracture of subcapital Garden IV. 3 cases of secondary ischemic necrosis. ConclusionTranscervical fracture can be diagnosed by MSCT comprehensively and accurately, which has important significance for the treatment and prognosis of the patients. |
