摘    要:目的:探讨运用智能化轨道物流传输系统建立无窗口出院带药工作模式,提高药学服务质量。方法:采用数据收集、问卷调查法评价某院新老院区新旧模式两种出院带药工作模式及成效。结果:与旧模式相比,新模式使患者等候时间缩短,患者满意度提高且综合效益显著。结论:运用智能化轨道物流系统建立无窗口出院带药工作模式,在实践中不断进行持续质量改进,具有良好的发展前景,值得推广应用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the establishment of work model of no-window discharge medication process utilizing intelligent rail transport system, and improve quality of pharmaceutical care. METHODS Work model and performance were analyzed and compared by data collection and questionnaire survey between old and new work models of discharge medication process in old and new hospital districts. RESULTS Compared with old work model, new model decreased patient waiting time and improved satisfaction of patients, and comprehensive benefit was remarkable. CONCLUSION it has good prospective to establish work model of no-window discharge medication process by utilizing intelligent rail transport system, and continuously improve quality of pharmaceutical care.
