摘    要:目的:分析尼妥珠单抗联合放化疗不良反应的发生规律及特点,为合理用药提供参考。方法:检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)收载的尼妥珠单抗相关不良反应文献进行分析。结果:尼妥珠单抗相关的不良反应包括发热、寒战、血压下降、皮疹、头晕、胃肠道反应,另有一些不良反应虽然发生率不高,但是仍应给予足够的重视。结论:临床医师、药师应了解尼妥珠单抗不良反应的规律和特点,合理使用,加强用药监测,规避风险。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the general patterns and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by nimotuzumab combined with chemo-radiotherapy and provide references for clinical medication. METHODS Literatures of nimotuzumab related adverse reactions retrieved in CNKI and VIP were collected and analyzed statistically. RESULTS The related adverse reactions of nimotuzumab were fever, shivering, low blood pressure, skin rash, dizziness, and gastrointestinal reactions. Other adverse reactions had low occurrence rates, but still should be given enough attention.CONCLUSION Clinicians and pharmacists should be familiar with the patterns and characteristics of ADRs induced by nimotuzumab, and use drug rationally, strengthen drug monitoring and avoid risks.
