延胡索醋制前后对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的: 研究延胡索醋制前后对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法: 以急性血瘀证大鼠为模型,测定各组大鼠的血液流变学指标。结果: 与模型组比较,醋延胡索中剂量组和高剂量组的全血高切、中切黏度,血沉方程K值,聚集指数,刚性指数均显著性降低,相同剂量下以醋品降低更为明显;醋延胡索高剂量组红细胞比积、血浆黏度均显著降低,红细胞变形指数显著升高,生品高剂量组无显著性差异。与同剂量生品组比较,醋品组在全血黏度(50,30,5s-1),血沉方程K值,变形指数几个指标上有显著性差异。结论: 延胡索醋制后对血瘀模型大鼠的血液流变学指标的改善趋势稳定,作用明显,提示醋制延胡索能增强活血化瘀作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study effects of Rhizoma Corydalis before and after processing with vinegar on hemorrheology in acute blood-stasis model rats.METHODS Rat model of acute blood-stasis was established to determine hemorheological indexes in different groups.RESULTS Nine groups were compared with model group. In middle-dose and high-dose groups treated with vinegar-processed Rhizoma Corydalis, some indexes decreased significantly, including whole blood high cut, middle shear viscosity, K values of blood sedimentation, erythrocyte aggregation index, and erythrocyte rigidity index. By using the same dose, especially in the group of vinegar-processed Rhizoma Corydalis, reduction was more apparent. In high-dose group treated with vinegar-processed Rhizoma Corydalis, hematocrit and plasma viscosity, were decreased significantly and erythrocyte deformation index increased significantly. While there was no significant difference in high dose group treated with crude products. At the same dose level, the group treated with vinegar-processed products was significantly different from that treated with crude products in whole blood viscosity (50, 30, 5 s-1), K values of blood sedimentation and erythrocyte deformation index.CONCLUSION Vinegar-processed Rhizoma Corydalis has stable improving effects on hemorheological indexes of blood stasis model rats, suggesting that vinegar-processed Rhizoma Corydalis can enhance the effects to activate blood and relieve stasis.
