| 摘 要： | 专业学位研究生的培养是医学生成为临床医师过程中的重要环节。本文针对影像专业学位与研究生培养方案改革过程中面临的问题提出了实施构想，包括临床技能培养、课题进度设计，带教模式，论文撰写、学术交流等，力争培养出优秀的影像专业研究生。

| Abstract: | Training postgraduates of professional degree is an important part in the process for medical students to become clinicians. In this paper, implementation scheme is put forward in resolving the problems in the reform process for the imaging professional degree and postgraduate training programs, including training clinical skills, designing subjects schedule, teaching mode, thesis writing, academic exchanges, and striving to cultivate outstanding imaging postgraduates. |
