| 摘 要： | 目的:应用D-最优混料设计优选五味金色分散片处方。方法:以片剂外观、片剂硬度和崩解分散均匀时间的综合评分为指标,考察微晶纤维素、预胶化淀粉、交联羧甲基纤维素钠的配比对片剂成型的影响,并测定了优化处方片剂释放度。结果:微晶纤维素、预胶化淀粉和交联羧甲基纤维素钠的最优处方配比为23.27％:19.36％:7.37％;释放速度高于胶囊剂。结论:优化处方具有良好的分散片制剂学特定,重复性好;D-最优混料设计用于分散片处方优化效果较佳。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To optimize formulations of Wuwei Jinse Dispersible Tablets using D-optimal mixture design.METHODS Composite score of appearance, hardness and dispersion uniformity time were used as indexes, D-optimal mixture design was adopted to investigate influences of microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch and croscarmellose sodium in optimizing the formulation.RESULTS Study results showed that optimized proportion was microcrystalline cellulose : pregelatinized starch : croscarmellose sodium of 23.27%:19.36%:7.37%. The release speed was higher than capsules.CONCLUSION The optimized pharmaceutical formulation is feasible and stable for industrial production of Wuwei Jinse Dispersible Tablets. D-optimal mixture design is fit for formulation optimization of dispersible tablets. |
