厌氧菌感染的临床处置误区与抗厌氧菌药物的合理使用

目的：为临床上正确处置厌氧菌感染和合理使用抗厌氧菌药物提供参考。方法：临床药师分析厌氧菌感染临床处置过程中存在的误区及其对策，讨论抗厌氧菌药物的特点及其合理使用。结果：临床处置厌氧菌感染有四大误区，可采取相应对策解决；不同抗厌氧菌药物特点不同，需合理使用。结论：临床处置厌氧菌感染应规范化，临床药师对临床合理使用抗厌氧菌药物应起到促进作用。

Clinical misunderstanding of anaerobic bacteria infection treatment and rational use of anti-anaerobic agents

OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for correct disposal of anaerobic infection and rational use of anti-anaerobic agents in clinical practice. METHODS Widespread misunderstanding in clinical process of anaerobic bacteria infection was analyzed by clinical pharmacist to offer therapeutic strategy, characteristics and proper use of anti-anaerobic agents were discussed. RESULTS Four major misunderstandings in clinical practice of anaerobic bacteria infection could be solved by corresponding clinical measures. Each anti-anaerobic agent had specific characteristics, and should be used rationally. CONCLUSION NS Clinical treatment of anaerobic bacteria infection should be standardized, and clinical pharmacist should promote rational use of anti-anaerobic agents.
