双向精密配液泵在术后镇痛泵集中调配中的应用探讨

摘    要:目的:探索使用双向精密配液泵替代人工进行术后镇痛泵集中调配的可行性,实现静脉用药调配中心的持续改进。方法:2015年6月15日-7月3日,为期3周的试用时间内,采用比较法,比较应用RepeaterTM双向精密配液泵的机器调配模式与人工调配模式,深入分析机器调配模式的优劣势。结果:机器调配模式与人工调配模式相比,在药品质量、流程优化、人力节省等多个方面有显著优势。同时,总结并形成了使用RepeaterTM双向精密配液泵集中调配术后镇痛泵的标准操作流程。结论:RepeaterTM双向精密配液泵依托静脉用药调配中心这一集中调配的模式极大地发挥了机器的优势,如何利用双向精密配液泵的特性以实现更多静脉药物的集中调配是未来探索的主要方向。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore application of repeater pump to substitute for postoperative analgesia for PIVAS to promote continuous improvement. METHODS From June 15th to July 3rd in 2015, a three-week trial was performed to compare manual and machine dispensation. RESULTS Comparison indicated that machine model was significantly superior in pharmaceutical quality, process optimization, manpower saving and other factors. Also, SOP was developed for using Repeater pump for centralized dispensation for postoperative analgesia. CONCLUSION RepeaterTM pump relies on centralized model of PIVAS to fully utilize advantages of machine, and it will be the major investigating direction for how to utilize characteristics of high precision pump to achieve more centralized dispensation in future.
