摘    要:目的:综述铜绿假单胞菌群体感应系统研究进展,从而寻找铜绿假单胞菌治疗的新方向。方法:查阅近年来国内外相关文献并对其进行总结。结果:群体感应系统是细菌依赖细胞密度,通过自诱导分子进行细胞间交流的信号传递系统。当自诱导分子达到阈值时启动群体感应系统从而调节基因表达。结论:群体感应系统参与细菌毒素的释放和生物膜的形成,因此通过抑制群体感应系统降低铜绿假单胞菌的致病性和耐药性成为抗感染治疗药物新靶点。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To review research process of quorum sensing system in Pseudomonas aeruginosa in recent years to seek a new approach for therapy against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.METHODS Related literatures both in China and abroad were retrieved and summarized. RESULTS Quorum sensing system was a signal transmission system of bacteria to realize cell-cell communication depending on cell density via autoinducer moleculees. When concentration of autoinducer molecles reached the threshold, quorum sensing system would be activated to regulate expression of genes.CONCLUSION Quorum sensing system participates in release of bacterial toxin and formation of biofilms. Therefore, it will be a new target of antibiotics to reduce the virulence and resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by inhibiting quorum sensing system.
