摘    要:目的 :探讨甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠(MP)对大鼠慢性脊髓压迫模型相应时间点的SEP变化与病理变化的相关性。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为实验组与对照组(n=20),两组均建立慢性脊髓压迫模型,实验组大鼠尾静脉行MP静滴治疗,对照组未行任何治疗;记录实验组治疗后第1、2、3天的BBB评分、SEP信号及脊髓损伤病理变化,且记录对照组同时间段的BBB评分、SEP信号及脊髓损伤病理变化。将SEP信号进行处理分析得出数据, 通过HE染色观察受压脊髓组织病理变化情况,用统计学方法分析其相关性。结果: BBB评分:实验组MP治疗后第3天评分明显升高,证实MP对于慢性脊髓损伤大剂量治疗在行为学上是有效的。SEP信号:MP给药后第3天P波峰值及潜伏期缩短的百分比恢复情况远远高于对照组(P<0.05) 。HE染色:在建立模型后至第3天药物治疗过程中,脊髓组织细胞形态有所恢复。结论: 慢性脊髓压迫模型大鼠经MP治疗后神经功能明显恢复,且在治疗后第3天效果最为明显。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the correlation between the changes in somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) and the pathological changes in chronic spinal cord compression model in rats treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate (MP) at the corresponding times . Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n = 20). The chronic spinal cord compression model was established in the two groups. The experimental group was treated with MP intravenous infusion of the tail vein and no treatment was performed on the control group. The BBB score, SEP signal and pathological changes of spinal cord injury were observed SEP signal and pathological changes of spinal cord injury were recorded for the control group. The SEP signal was analyzed. The pathological changes of the spinal cord were observed by HE staining. The correlation was analyzed by statistical method. Results: BBB score: The score for experimental group after 3 days of MP treatment was significantly increased,which confirmed that MP for chronic spinal cord injury in large doses of treatment was effective in the behavior. SEP signal: The percentages of P wave peak and latency shortened after 3 days of MP administration were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). HE staining: After the establishment of the model during the first 3 days of drug treatment, spinal cord tissue morphology had been restored. Conclusion: The results suggest that the neurological function of the rats with chronic spinal cord compression could be significantly restored after MP treatment, and the effect is most significant on the third day after treatment.
