骨与软组织肿瘤穿刺活检临床价值研究

目的 探讨影像设备引导下经皮穿刺活检骨与软组织肿瘤技术的安全性及有效性。方法 回顾性分析2014年9月—2016年9月安徽省肿瘤医院骨科收治的145例骨与软组织肿瘤患者的临床资料。患者均在C形臂X线机或CT引导下经皮穿刺活检;并以手术后病理诊断为金标准,判断穿刺活检的准确性。结果 本组145例均完成穿刺过程,穿刺取材成功率100%,无严重并发症发生。其中76例患者接受手术治疗并获得明确的病理诊断;穿刺活检的正确率为 64.5%(49/76),支持率为 23.7%(18/76),阴性率为 11.8%(9/76),总的有效率为88.2%(67/76)。结论 骨与软组织肿瘤穿刺活检是一种安全有效的技术。

Clinical study on core biopsy of bone and soft tissue tumors

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous core biopsy of bone and soft tissue tumors guided by imaging equipment.Methods The clinical data of 145 patients with bone and soft tissue tumors were analyzed retrospectively from September 2014 to September 2016 in the Orthopedic department of Anhui Provincial Cancer Hospital. Patients underwent percutaneous core biopsy guided by C-arm X-ray or CT. The accuracy of the biopsy was determined by using postoperative pathological diagnosis as gold standard.Results One hundred and forty-five patients of this group were completed puncture process, and the puncture success rate was 100% with no serious complications. Seventy-six patients were treated surgically and had accurate pathological diagnosis. The correct rate of core biopsy was 64.5% (49/76), the support rate was 23.7% (18/76), the negative rate was 11.8% (9/76), the total effective rate was 88.2% (67/76).Conclusions Core biopsy of bone and soft tissue tumors is a safe and effective technique.
