摘    要:目的:优选鼻渊净胶囊的SFE-CO2萃取工艺条件。方法:用正交设计法,以萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间为考察因素,以木兰脂素含量、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量之和、总萃取得率为评价指标,用L9(34)正交设计表优选鼻渊净胶囊超临界CO2最佳工艺条件。结果:萃取温度对综合评价值有显著性影响(P<0.05);萃取压力和萃取时间对综合评价值无显著性影响(P>0.05);优选的萃取条件为:萃取温度50 ℃,萃取压力20 MPa,提取时间2 h。结论:本文优选的SFE-CO2萃取工艺条件可行、稳定、萃取率高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction conditions of Biyuanjing capsules with supercritical CO2 Fluid.METHODS Orthogonal design was adopted and extraction conditions of Biyuanjing capsules with supercritical CO2 fluid were optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal table with extraction temperature, pressure and time as factors, fargesin content, summation of imperatorin and isoimperatorin contents, and total extraction ratio as indices.RESULTS Extraction temperature had significant influences on comprehensive evaluation (P<0.05), while extraction pressure and time had no obvious effects (P>0.05). The optimal conditions were as follows:extraction temperature at 50 ℃, pressure at 20 MPa, time by 2 hours.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction conditions of Biyuanjing capsules with supercritical CO2 fluid are feasible for operation and stable at high extraction rate.
