医教协同加快建立实施适应行业特点的医学人才培养制度

随着经济社会发展和医疗改革的深化，人才问题越来越成为制约卫生事业改革发展的瓶颈，老百姓反映的“看病难”，一定程度上可以说是“看好医生难”，根本出路在于加强医教协同深化医学教育改革，培养更多人民满意的好医生。本文在总结近年来医学教育改革发展取得显著成效的同时，分析了面临的形势与任务，提出以行业需求为导向，建立院校教育医学人才教育培养供需平衡机制；加强医教协同、改革完善院校教育；多措并举、加强以全科医生为重点的基层卫生人才培养；全面落实住院医师规范化培训制度；加快建立实施适应行业特点的人才培养制度和人事薪酬制度。
