《伤寒论》阳证宜针、阴证宜灸规律探讨

《伤寒论》中，运用针灸的有31条，其中病在三阳用针刺，病在三阴用灸法颇具特色，病在三阳者，多系外邪初中，正气未衰的实证或热证，宜用针刺，以泄热邪，病在三阴者，宜用灸法，以温中散寒，本文对《伤寒论》阳证宜针，阴证宜灸规律进行了探讨。

Approach to Rules of Acupuncture for Yang Syndrome and Moxibustion for Yin Syndrome in The Treatise on Febrile Diseases

In The Treatise on Febrile Diseases, the re were 31 items about acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, among them acupunctu re was used for treatment of diseases in the three Yang channels, and moxibu stion therapy was used for diseases in the three Yin channels, with distingu ishin g feature. Diseases in three Yang channels most were excess syndrome or heat syn drome, i.e., initial affection of external exopathogen and un-exhaustion of vit al-Qi, which were treated properly with acupuncture for dispelling heat pat hogens; the diseases in the three Yin channels was treated properly with mox ibustion for warming the middle-Jiao to remove cold.
