| 摘 要： | 目的观察感受式音乐治疗对不同文化程度脑卒中后抑郁患者康复的疗效。方法123例脑卒中后抑郁患者,依患者目前的文化程度分为4组,A组33例具有大学以上文化程度。B组30例具有初高中文化程度。C组30例具有初中以下文化程度。3组均在常规治疗和心理护理的基础上接受感受式音乐治疗。另设常规护理组(对照组)30例作为对照。结果A、B两组治疗后2周、1个月汉密顿量表评分(HAMD)及神经功能缺损评分(CSS)均明显低于C组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论感受式音乐治疗对不同文化程度脑卒中后抑郁患者康复的疗效存在差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To iinvestigate the effect of feelin g music therapy on the rehabilitatio n of post-stroke dpression.Method103consecutive depressed patients were assigned to A group,B group ,C group and control group.Result The value of HAMD and CSS of A group and B group have a statisticly signif icant reduction 2weeks,1months after treatmen(P<0.05).Conclusion Civilization level is a factor affecting rehabilitation of post-s troke dpression. |
