| 摘 要： | 目的研究n-丁基苯酞的合成方法及理化性质.方法详细归纳了目前关于n-丁基苯酞的合成方法,总结绘制各方法的合成路线图,并逐一对它们进行叙述比较.结果非对称异构合成方法成为热点.结论 n-丁基苯酞合成方法的研究比较对进一步开发该药的非对称异构合成及其药理活性的研究具有重要的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the synthetic methods of n-butylphthalide and its properties of physics and chemistry . Methods:The recent synthetic methods of n-butylphthalide are induced in detail. Every synthetic method is drawn intoscheme and compared with each other.Results:The method of asymmetric synthesis had became a hot spot . Conclusions:It is very important to compare the research on the synthetic methods of n-butylphthalide for its further development of asymmetric synthesis and researching on pharmacological activity. |
