| 摘 要： | 本文报告了１６例脊椎骨髓肿瘤。１０例为骨单发性浆细胞瘤和多发性骨髓瘤；５例为Ｂ细胞恶性淋巴瘤，１例为何杰金氏病。此类肿瘤影像学检查多表现为溶骨性病变，与脊椎转移性癌、尤文氏肉瘤、骨髓炎等引起的溶骨性破坏相似。本文讨论了此类肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及肿瘤组织学分型与预后的关系。

| Abstract: | Sixteen bone marrow tumors in the spinal column were reported, including ten cases of solitary plasmacytoma and multiple myeloma, five cases of B-cell malignant lymphoma and one case of Hodgkin's disease. The Xray examination shows a lytic defect which is similar to the finding in metastatic carcinoma, Ewing's sarcoma and osteomyelitis of the spine.The diagnosis, differential diagnosis and the correlation between the histologic type and prognosis of those tumora were discussed. |
