| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子 ( TNF)检测对颅内感染的诊断意义。方法 :对 60例不同病因的脑膜炎患者脑脊液 ( CSF)中肿瘤坏死因子 ( TNF- α)含量进行了测定。结果 :化脓性脑膜炎患者 CSF中 TNF- α含量较病毒性脑膜炎患者及正常对照组均有显著增高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而病毒性脑膜炎患者 CSF中 TNF- α含量与正常组比较无明显差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :CSF中 TNF- α检测可作为常规鉴别细菌性与非细菌性脑膜炎的指标

| Abstract: | Objective:To know the diaqnostic value of determination of tumor necrosis factor in CSF for the intracranial infection.Methods:The content of TNF-α in CSF was measured in 60 patieats with meningitis induced by various pathogeny.Results:Compared with the sufferers of viral meningitis group and the control group,the TNF-α content in CSF of sufferers with suppurate meningitis was increased distinctly (P<0.01), but there were no distinct differences (P>0.05) be tween the content of TNT-α in CSF of the sufferers of viral meningitis group and the control group.Conclusion:The determination of TNF-α in CSF can be used as a discriminating guideline between bacterial and non-bacterial meningitis. |
