奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎50例临床观察

目的 观察奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将50例反流性食管炎患者随机分为2组，每组25例：治疗组：奥关拉唑20mg，每日一次口服，莫沙必利5mg，每日3次口服；对照组：莫沙必利5mg，每日3次口服。两组均治疗4周后观察临床显效率及有效率。结果治疗组显效率及有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效比单独用药效果更佳。

Clinical Observation of the Combined Treatment with Omeprazole and Mosapride for Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the combined treatment with omeprazole and mosapride for reflux esophagitis. Methods 50 cases with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each ; patients in treatment group had oral administration of 20 mg of omeprazole, once a day, and 5 mg of mosapride, 3 times a day, while patients had oral administration of 5 mg of mosapride, 3 times a day; 4 weeks after treatment, the clinical obvious effective rate and the effective rate of both groups were observed. Results The clinical obvious effective rate and the effective rate of treatment group was much higher than those of control group. Conclusions The clinical curative effect of the combined treatment with omeprazole and mosapride is better than that of single medication for reflux esophagitis.
