经内镜扩张并置入支架治疗食管狭窄45例

目的:本文探讨经内镜扩张并置入支架治疗各种良、恶性疾病所致的食管狭窄。方法:选用欧林巴斯EVIS-240电子胃镜,萨氏扩张器,国产镍钛记忆合金支架,萨氏扩张器扩张后常规置入支架。结果:45例入置支架病例中,仅一例失败,其余均解除患者吞咽困难,提高患者生活质量。结论:镍钛记忆合金支架对良性、恶性食管狭窄发挥持续扩张作用,是一种操作简单,成功率高的治疗方法。

45 Cases Esophageal Stricture Treated with Endoscope Dilatation and Implantation with stent

Objective: To explore the treatment of esophageal stricture caused by all sorts of benign and malignancy diseases using endoscope dilatation and implantation with stent.Method: OLYMPUS EVIS-240 slectronic gastroscope,Savary bourgie,NiTi alloy medical stent were used and stent was implanted after dilated by Savary bourgie in all cases.Result: One failure,all the other patients' living quality were improved by removing the dysphagia.Conclusion: NiTi alloy medical stent can does dilatation function persistent in all the esophageal stricture.So,it is a treatment with easy operation and high success rate.
