| 摘 要： | 癌症相关疲劳(CRF)严重影响患者生活质量,干扰治疗的正常进行。CRF在肿瘤临床并不少见,但至今未引起重视。现综述CRF的发生率、发病机制,重点介绍其诊断与鉴别诊断及其处理。
