| 摘 要： | 应用~3H—TdR掺入法测试30例正常人和37例(次)肺心病病人的淋转及血清抑制试验。结果显示,急发期病人淋转明显低下;病人的血清可抑制正常人淋转;血pH异常及呼吸衰竭病人的淋转更为低下;病人血ClC阳性率增高;肺心病低锌组的淋转低于正常锌组。

| Abstract: | Lymphocytic transformation and serum inhibiting test were performed with 3H-TdR mixed method in 30 normal subjects and 37 patients (times) with cor pulmonale. The results showed that the lymphocytic transformation value in patients with cor pulmonale in the acute stage was markedly lower than that of the normal subjects; serum of patients with cor pulmonale might inhibit lymphocytic transformation in normal subjects; lymphocytic transformation in patients with abnormal blood pH and respiratory failure was even more lower. The positive rate of blood CIC in patients with cor pulmonale was higher than that of the normal subjects. Lymphocytic transformation in the lower Zn group of patients with cor pulmonale was lower than that of the normal Zn group. |
