食管癌术后肺部感染危险因素的评估

目的研究食管癌术后,引起肺部感染最主要的危险因素。方法采用病例对照研究,收集我院2008年1月~2009年6月184例食管癌手术患者,其中发生肺部感染的有86例,未发生肺部感染的98例,用Logistic回归建立回归方程。结果合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病,低白蛋白血症是引起肺部感染最主要的危险因素。结论食管癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者,术后应该进行对COPD的治疗,对于食管癌合并低清蛋白血症,应加强一定的支持治疗,有利于防止肺部感染。

The assessment of dangerous factor in patients with post-operation of esophagus carcinoma leading to lung infection

Objective To study the dangerous post-operation of esophagus carcinoma,factor leading to lung infection.Methods 184 patients who were post-operation of esophagus carcinoma were recruited from January 2008 to June 2009 in our hospital.Among them,86 cases were diagnosed lung infection,98 cases hadn＇t lung infection.Regression equation was established by logistic regression.Results The existing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） and hypoalbuminemia were main dangerous factor leading to lung infection in post-operation of esophagus carcinoma.Conclusion The patients of post-operation of esophagus carcinoma combined with COPD should be treated about COPD,and the Hypoalbuminemia of post-operation of esophagus carcinoma should be enhanced nutrition to prevent from lung infection.
