经阴道三维彩色能量图鉴别诊断子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病

目的：探讨三维能量图对子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的鉴别诊断的鉴别诊断价值。方法：应用经阴道三维能量图（3－DCPA）检查子宫肌瘤58例，子宫腺肌病36例。结果：子宫肌瘤的血汉灌注呈球体网架结构，且为高速低阻动脉频谱。子宫腺肌病血流呈血管增粗、紊乱，管壁光滑、清晰，且为高速高阻动脉频谱。结论：三维能量图像（3－DCPA）清晰显示子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的血流状况，为其鉴别诊断提供新的信息量。

Differentiation of Uterine Myoma and Adenomyosis by Transvaginal Three-dimensional Color Power Angiography

Objective:To research the value of 3 D color power angiography(CPA)for the differentiation of uterine myoma and adenomyosis.Methods:Fifty eight cases with uterine myoma and 36 cases with uterine adenomyosis were detected with transvaginal 3 D CPA.Results:In uterine myoma,the blood flow in the 3 D CPA images appeared to be a spherical net work structure,while in uterine adenomyosis,the blood flow in the images appeared to be randomly arranged,the vessels were thickened and the intimae were smooth and distinct.Arterial spectra with high blood flow velocity and low resistance could be got in uterine myoma,while in uterine adenomyosis,there were arterial spectra with high blood flow velocity and high resistance.Conclusions:3 D CPD showed us clearly the blood flow states in uterine myoma and uterine adenomyosis.It can provide us some new informations to differentiate these two diseases.
