微粒化非诺贝特对原发性高血压并高甘油三酯血症颈动脉内膜中层厚度和血压的影响

目的:探讨微粒化非诺贝特对原发性高血压并高甘油三酯血症患者颈动脉内膜厚度和血压影响。方法:随机将78例原发性高血压并高甘油三酯患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在波依定应用基础上加用微粒化非诺贝特,对照组仅给予波依定降压治疗,治疗期12个月,观察治疗前后患者颈动脉超声、血压、血脂、肾功、肝功变化。结果:治疗组12个月颈动脉内膜厚度明显变薄,IMT/内径(D)比率与治疗前相比降低(P<0.05),同时患者舒张压水平进一步降低与对照组相比(P<0.05)呈显著性差异。结论:原发性高血压并高甘油三脂患者在降压治疗同时加用非诺贝特可逆转患者颈动脉内膜厚度的增长,并且在降压药物的基础上,可能对患者舒张压有额外降低作用。

Effect of micronised fenofibrate on carotid artery intima-media thickness and blood pressure in hypertensive patients with hypertriglyceridemia

Objective:To investigate the effect of micronised fenofibrate treatment on carotid artery intima-media thickness and blood pressure in hypertensive patients with hypertriglyceridema.Methods:Sevsenty eight hypertensive hypertrighyceridemic patients were enrolled in study.In random order,patients of treament group received micronised fenofibrate and plendil and patients of control group received plendil alone during 12 months.The changes of carotid artery intima-media thickness,blood pressure,serum lipid,sgot sgpt,blood creating have been examined and compared before and after treatment.Results:The IMT of carotid artery and the IMT/D ratio were decreased significantly(P<0.05),in the treament group after 12 months.The micronised fenofibrate group had a greater reduction in diastolic BP.Conclusion:The micronised fenofibrate prevented the carotid arteriosclerosis in essential hypertensive patients with hypertriglyceridemia.Micronsied fenofibrate have effect beyond anti-hyperlipidemia on lowering the patients'DBP.
