葡萄籽原花青素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的研究葡萄籽原花青素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 SD大鼠50只随机等分为5组:假手术组、模型组、葡萄籽原花青素低、中、高剂量组。结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支,30 min后剪断结扎线形成再灌注模型。测定5组大鼠在1 h后的血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,并比较心肌梗死面积。结果不同剂量的葡萄籽原花青素(50~200 mg/kg)均可降低大鼠CK、LDH、AST和MDA的水平,提高大鼠体内SOD的水平,还能有效降低大鼠心肌梗死的面积,与模型组比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论葡萄籽原花青素可以显著的改善心肌缺血再灌注大鼠体内的生化指标,减少心肌梗死的面积,对于心肌缺血再灌注具有很好的保护作用。

Abstract:Purpose To study the protective effect of procyanidins(PC) from the grape seed on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MI/RI) in rats.Methods50 SD rats were divided into five groups:sham group,model group as well as low(50 mg/kg),middle(100 mg/kg) and high(200 mg/kg) dose group of PC.Myocardial injury model was made,the content of CK,LDH,AST,SOD and MDA was measured,and the myocardial infarction size was alse observed.ResultsPC from grape seed was shown to decrease the content of CK,LDH,AST and MDA,and it can increase the content of SOP.The myocardial infarction size with PC was also lower than that of the model group,and it had significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionPC form grape seed played a crucial role in cardio-protection against the myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.
