中药配合针刺疗法治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

目的探讨治疗周围性面瘫的有效方法。方法将48例门诊患者随机设立治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用中药配合针刺治疗，对照组仅采用针刺治疗，治疗3疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率（100％）明显优于对照组（87．5％）差异有统计学意义。结论中药配合针刺疗法治疗周围性面瘫，有较好的临床疗效，值得临床推广使用。

Observation on Efficacy of Chinese Herbs Combined with Acupuncture Therapy for Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective To discuss the effective methods for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 48 outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated by Chinese herbs and acupuncture therapy, and control group were only given acupuncture therapy for three courses of treatment and then observed the effect. Results The effect rateintreatment group （100%） was superior to control group （87.5%）, which has statistic significance, Conclusions The treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with Chinese herbs and acupuncture therapy has good clinic effect which is worth of clinical application.
